Aurora

Aurora Aksnes born 15th June 1996 Stavanger is an Norwegian song writer and singer. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves by Decca Records was released on May 15, 2015, it received a raving review from music blogs as well as from the media. The artist has already released two top-of-the-line covers Half the World Away by the band Oasis for a Christmas advertisement from John Lewis and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole. Katy Perry's praise for her song Runaway in a blog post added to the musician's appreciation. Celebrate her special day. Aurora Aksnes earliest musical memory was of discovering a piano in her attic and being fascinated by the music it could make. Jan Oystein Aksnes and May-Britt Aksnes encouraged Aurora to study music not to get an income or as a pastime and as a way to develop. Thus, she began with her own music. Alongside Bjork, she cites Leonard Cohen as an influence. After her mother said that the songs she composed could be used to not make her famous rather to help people to see the value of themselves and their impact on this world, she started performing them publicly. The piano was her first instrument at the age of six, and began making music when she was 9 years old. Family members didn't even know about this until she turned fourteen. Aurora isn't something she imagined as a child. Aurora is simply a writer who loves writing songs. Music is her preferred method of feeling something.
